The Fishers P.D. is asking the public for assistance in locating or providing helpful information regarding the disappearance of David Smith. He was last seen wearing black shorts, a gray shirt, a black hat, and a fanny pack. He was last heard from at approx. 5:00 pm and last seen walking away from the area of The Hamilton at Fishers Apartments at approx. 6:00 pm on October 26. He is believed to be on foot and was only in possession of the fanny pack. He does not have his phone. The family is very concerned for his welfare, as there are some medical concerns, and this is uncharacteristic of Mr. Smith.
