Seen getting on the Vine in Vancouver, WA. A youth riding the Vine recognized Jassmyne as a youth who previously lived with the same foster home she currently does. After Jazzmyne got off the Vine at the stop on 78th St and Fourth Plain, the youth mentioned recognizing her to the care staff she was with, who informed her that Jazzmyne was a missing person. The staff, after confirming all the details the youth knew about her, through the missing persons poster, called 911 to report it. About an hour or so later, while waiting at a Vine stop to head home, Jazzmyne walked right by the youth and staff, and Vine security who was present at the time called in to dispatch that she was there. Unsure whether they caught up to her. She was wearing light denim shorts, and a green hoodie.
