Pulled over on San Mateo Bridge (toward Hayward) into the larger shoulder and paused for 10 seconds. While parked there, there was no visible signs of other individuals nor did she leave the vehicle. She Did not make any stop, continued down the bridge to San Lorenzo then turned back to San Mateo direction.

Pulled over quickly - 3 min into the bridge on the way back to San Mateo into the shoulder without signaling (midspan of the lower bridge).

Amy didn't have any history of mental illness. She's a young successful woman, who worked from home. Her mobile devices showed no signs that would point to her jumping off the bridge.
