A teenager left grandparents home on August 22 following return from prior runaway. Grandmother has not seen him since. Contacted family members indicating independence with food, a place to stay, and a job. Believed to remain in Texarkana area possibly with unaware individuals that he is a runaway. We just want to make sure Abel is safe and get him back home. If you’ve seen him or know where he may be, please give us a call.
