Annette was last heard from on April 25, 2021. Annette could be seen driving a 2020 Black Buick Enclave (CA 8PNV871). The San Luis Obispo resident’s cell phone was last detected on Highway 1 near the ocean in Northern California.  At the time she went missing, family reported that she was struggling with her mental health and was known to take drives up the coastline though she had no family anywhere near where she went missing. Police believe that she either threw her phone out the window, phone died or she drove her car into the water. It is also possible that she was driving to some spiritual center.

In 2022, Adventures with Purpose tried to find her, however they came up with nothing. To date, the police are not releasing the exact location of where her phone pinged due to the rugged terrain in the area.
