Ava Baldwin was last seen in San Antonio, Texas, on September 17, 2015, and is believed to be with her non-custodial mother, Kathryn Baldwin, who has a felony warrant for interference with child custody. Ava’s elementary school contacted her father, David Hopper, reporting that she had been absent for 21 days. At the time, Ava and Kathryn lived in San Antonio, while Hopper resided in central Oklahoma, seven hours away. Upon learning of her extended absence, Hopper reported Ava missing to the San Antonio Police Department. In April 2016, Kathryn’s silver 2014 Ford Escape was found abandoned on Whitby Road in San Antonio. Kathryn has ties to Texas, Oklahoma, California, Florida, and Illinois.
