Benjammin lived with his parents and dropped off his two children with their mother on July 10, 2023, but never came back home. Benjammins mother Donna, reported him missing on July 28, 2023, stating he left in a gray Honda Odyssey van license plate PMR175. Benjammin was staying with family in Lake City Colorado, but left there around September 2, 2023, to an undisclosed location. Donna received two parking tickets from Los Angeles, California in August 2023 and April 2024 and a notification the van was towed in LA, California in April 2024. No one has heard from Benjammin since December 2023, when he contacted his two sons to wish them Happy Birthday.
