Summary

Hammette was last seen at his residence on Poole Court in Beloit, Wisconsin, on August 6, 2011. He mentioned that he was planning to go fishing and, lacking a personal vehicle, requested a ride from a friend. When that friend was unavailable, Hammette arranged transportation with another individual, who picked him up in a black vehicle. He has not been heard from since. At the time of his disappearance, Hammette did not possess a cellular phone or a bank account, which has complicated the search for him. Hammette was on parole at the time, but his mother reported that he had made significant positive changes in his life. He had earned his GED and was admitted to the Madison Media Institute, a college specializing in degrees related to the entertainment and media industries. He was eager to begin his studies in music and had already produced a CD, which had sold hundreds of copies. It is highly out of character for Hammette to leave without any notice and to not remain in contact with his family. His case remains unsolved.
