Carmen was last seen on April 28, 2024 at a local coffee shop in Quincy, Washington, she was wearing a red shirt, black jacket, and grey sweatpants at the time. Carmen is autistic but she is able to communicate. It has been reported that she may have talking to someone on social media. Shortly after she disappeared all her social media accounts were deleted. Family believes she is in danger.
