Baker was last seen in Barbourville, Kentucky, on May 1, 2011, when he mentioned plans to visit his daughter in Michigan. It is unclear whether he ever made it to Michigan or even left Kentucky. Since his disappearance, he has not been heard from, and his vehicle, a lime-green four-door 1994 Geo Metro with Kentucky license plate number 474CDH, is also missing. This is highly uncharacteristic of Baker, who is known to maintain regular contact with his family, leading them to believe he may have come to harm. Baker is a Caucasian male with sandy brown hair (which he had shaved prior to his disappearance), hazel eyes, and he wears prescription eyeglasses with black frames. He has two tattoos: one on the inside of his right forearm that reads “Tammy†with a heart above it, and another of a bird.
