Charissa Caster went missing on July 18, 2024 in Port Townsend, WA. She goes by the name "Hazel Grace". She was escaping a domestic violence relationship and went to hike in nature and clear her mind. Her vehicle was discovered on Otter way off River Road south of Sequim. Charissa is a psych nurse and also bipolar and could be in a manic episode. The last sighting of her was on Bainbridge Island, camping with a person name Jayden who could possibly be located in Tacoma. She drives a bright blue Honda CRV and her license plate is MO CW4D8A.
