Cloe went missing in the latter part of December 2023. She was last known to be in Neeses staying at a residence on Frisco Lane in with an acquaintance. She is known to wander the streets often. She had no vehicle, no phone, and no form of identification. She did not live with family, but kept in touch with her grandmother frequently; at least every 2 weeks. After she had not been heard from by the end of January 2024, the family and local law enforcement did conduct a search
