Case Information
A father's child was taken by the mother, after they had mutually agreed on 50/50 custody. Cyan, has seen her father since December 9, 2022. He returned several times, hoping to find his daughter, only to discover on January 6, 2023, that the apartment had been abandoned and a cleaning crew was clearing it out.
