Dalton G. Malmstrom was last seen around 7:45 a.m. leaving his residence on East River Road near the Susquehanna River in the Town of Nichols. He is described as a 5-foot-10 male with dark hair and was last seen wearing a dark-colored shirt. Family members say he was not acting like himself prior to leaving. A heavy presence of emergency responders and an army of volunteers from both New York and Pennsylvania are actively searching for him in Tioga County.
