David left the 2700 block of Shamrock Ave in Nampa the morning of September 24 to run errands in Boise. He does not have access to a vehicle and planned on taking a bus or uber. He was supposed to be home that evening but has not been seen since. He was last seen wearing a blue jacket and either blue jeans or jogging pants and white shoes. He wears eye glasses and uses a cane. He was carrying some sort of bag. He also has several medical conditions and did not take his medication with him.
