I remember hearing about Debora’s case years ago when I was doing my undergraduate degree, since that time, we have had some updates in her case. She was such a beautiful smart girl and her life ended way too soon.

The circumstances behind her disappearance is shown above in her missing persons photo. It is worth noting in her case that investigators recently reopened her case and apparently it’s still a very active case from what I can tell. According to the Charley Report and 20JCB News (2018) her boyfriend George Allen McCraney was convicted on charges of armed robbery, attempted rape and attempted murder unrelated to Deboras disappearance . He is serving life in prison with no possibility of parole and he is the prime suspect in her disappearance. Foul play in her case is suspected due to the circumstances behind it.
