Family tried to contact Jawad in 2019 and believed the last known address was in Hayward. Welfare check at the address but there was no record of Eileen. An Ex-boyfriend told her sister a Unknown male called him and stated she had a stroke and would be caring for Eileen. No information was provided to the family. I called Palm Desert PD (Riverside County) for outside assist but there was no record of her at the address on her driver license.
