Elizabeth was last seen at Sierra Tucson, a residential treatment center offering rehab programs for mental health treatment on January 13, 2019. She completed the initial screening process and was released to general living quarters. Later that afternoon, Elizabeth's medical bracelet and her personal possessions were found in her assigned room. Elizabeth was missing. After a search, she was not located at the facility or the surrounding area. She is believed to have taken her identification and an unknown amount of cash.
