Hodge was last seen leaving his residence on Central Avenue in Chattanooga, Tennessee, at approximately 8:00 a.m. on May 24, 1990. He was reportedly walking toward Rossville Boulevard to pay bills and has not been heard from since. At the time of his disappearance, Hodge did not drive and primarily relied on public transportation to get around. Hodge is an African-American male with graying black hair and brown eyes. He has a mustache and a distinctive limp due to arthritis in his left leg, requiring him to use a cane for mobility. He may also wear eyeglasses with heavy black frames.
