She recently cut her hair right above the shoulders and her hair is dyed light blue with some pink/purple in it, she was wearing a seafoam green backpack with red cherries on it. Her father is offering a $5,000 Reward on reliable information to her whereabouts. The Police Department stated, she is in need of medication that is vital to her health.
