Eugenia Harris Cooley was last seen on December 21, walking out of her apartment complex on Meadow Drive. Surveillance footage captured an image of her leaving her apartment that day. Upon investigation, her apartment door was found unlocked, with her keys and wallet left in her room, but there was no sign of Cooley.
