Reporting party stated that in 1980, Franklin Little Bear was witnessed boarding a Greyhound Bus, or some other transportation bus, with a female companion, going from Mobridge, SD to Minneapolis, MN. Family received information that Franklin continued to Chicago, IL from Minneapolis. Sometime between 1983-1984, Franklin either wrote or called home to check in on family but the individual who received the letter or call has since passed on.
