He is a white male, 5’10”, 130 lbs., with hazel eyes and brown hair, possibly dressed in a long brownish-gray overcoat and a blue and grey knit beanie. He has a fascination with bodies of water and may be very talkative or come across as non-verbal. He may be in danger by being unable to properly care for his well-being. There is no reason to believe he is a danger to others. Recent photos show him with possible changes to hair or beard.
