He was last seen at 10800 block of south post oak rd in Houston texas he left the location on foot in an unknown direction of travel. He is not coherent when speaking and is a harmless person, unless provoked. He is a danger to himself. He is diagnosed with dementia and Bipolar disorder. When he went missing Houston Police issued a clear alert in his case to search for him. As of 3/21/2025 he has not been found and or theirs no evidence theirs evidence to point out that he has been found.
