CSPD is seeking assistance in locating 13-year-old Giuliano Hurtado and 12-year-old Lilyana Norris. It’s believed they are together and trying to avoid being found. Giuliano is a Hispanic male with a heavy build, dark brown hair (curly on top), and brown eyes. Lilyana is a white female with a medium build and brown/dirty blonde hair. They were last seen on April 28, 2026, and may be driving a 2026 blue Honda Civic. It’s believed they are trying to travel to Utah.
