Circumstances: Guy was last seen at approximately 3:00pm in the vicinity of the 2000 block of State Route 11 in the Evans Mills, NY area. His vehicle is also missing and is described as a dark blue 1989 Chevrolet Blazer with a black top, chrome diamond running boards, and NY Lic# FMS 867. Hair color gray or partially gray. Eye Color Blue. Scar/mark on abdomen, scar on bridge of nose. Clothing: Red, green, and blue plaid shirt worn over maroon sweatshirt, blue "Rider" jeans. Bi-focal glasses with wire frames. Brown "Gobie" boots.
