Helen Greisz Plagge, age 88, was last seen at approximately 1:30 P.M. leaving her residence in Carolina Pines, traveling to Carolina East Medical Center in a 2019 white Toyota Camry XLE with North Carolina registration PD 667W. Due to a diagnosis of dementia, there is significant concern for her safety. A Silver Alert is in the process of being issued.
