Jay left with a friend on a trip to California and was last seen in Las Vegas, allegedly, when he and his friend argued and split up. The friend stated that Jay left with an unknown individual, and he was carrying a suitcase and a brown and green wool blanket at the time of his disappearance. He was last seen wearing an Army jacket, pants, a blue bandana around head and gold rimmed glasses. He has never been heard from again. Jay has a scar on his left elbow, on his left eye, on calf and both knees.
