Jeffrey Cluey was last seen launching a green canoe into Lake Michigan from the 5th Street boat launch around 7:30pm. Security cameras captured him with a carry-on sized suitcase which he put into the canoe with him. His car was found in the parking lot at the boat ramp. Jeffrey was seen on security camera wearing light colored pants and a dark top.
