On February 12, 2021 officers were dispatched to her home for a domestic situation. Later that afternoon they were dispatched back out for an argument between her and her husband. On February 21, 2021 her mom called the police department to file a missing person report as she had not seen or spoken to Jessica since the argument on the 12th. Her husband told her tattoo artist that she left him for his brother. A few weeks later his brothers house caught fire with him inside. It was determined to be an electrical fire which her husband is an electrician. Her husband has since divorced her, taken custody of the kids and has refused to cooperate with the police. He has retained a lawyer and was not the one to report her missing.
