On November 14th, 2019, Juan took a shuttle from St. George Utah to Las Vegas Nevada. On November 15th, his cell pinged in Las Vegas. This would be the last known indication of him as his phone shut off shortly afterward. It is believed by authorities that he has left the country to go back to his home country of El, Salvador. It was known by his Juan's ex wife that Juan had stated that he had wished to return to El Salvador to die. At the time Juan was battling serious medical conditions.
