On July 21st, 2022, Kayla and her 5-year-old son, Terry Boswell, vanished from a small community in northern Arkansas. She had legal custody and had no pending orders that would have taken her child from her. Since then, the state has granted a motion for temporary custody with the father, until a proper hearing is held in court. The father held visitations rights and has been desperately looking for her son and Kayla.
