Case Information
Kayla Decker, a 35-year-old resident of Bee Spring, Kentucky, was last seen on December 18, 2022. Initial reports indicated her last sighting occurred on December 16, 2022, at a little league basketball game in Bowling Green, Kentucky. However, further investigation revealed she was last seen at a local church in the area. Her purse was found in a pond by her home. Her vehicle was towed from a dollar general near her home. Medical Condition: Kayla suffered from Lupus, an autoimmune disease, which added urgency to her case due to the necessity of her medication and cane, both of which were left behind at home. Circumstances: At the time of her disappearance, Kayla was living with her husband, Dearl Dwight Decker, who had an ongoing criminal case for domestic violence. Kayla was planning on leaving him and a restraining order was put in place. Kayla was set to testify against him in court. Their three children had been placed in foster care as a result of the domestic violence situation.
