Kayla Reffett was last heard from at 4:30 a.m. on March 29, 2026. She did not take her belongings with her. She was at a friend's house when she texted her daughter from her friend's phone the next morning. Her friend claimed to have taken her to her appointment and then asked if she wanted a ride home, but she declined. She was last seen walking from near the Allen/Prestonsburg communities of Floyd County. She has a history of bipolar II and substance abuse, and they are afraid for her safety.
