Avaora Kolomoeits and her brother Hrant were allegedly abducted by their father, Rodion Kolomoeits, who recently lost custody. They were last seen at their elementary school in Sylmar, picked up by their father. Rodion is believed to be driving a 2016 gray Toyota Prius with California license plate 9PKY966. The vehicle was last seen crossing into Mexico at San Ysidro. Rodion, a Ukrainian national, is suspected of attempting to return to Ukraine with the children. Avaora was last seen wearing a blue shirt and black pants, while Hrant wore a green and blue sweater and black pants. Both children's primary language is Russian.
