Laresha was last seen in her hometown of Nashville, Tennessee on November 19, 1999. She dropped her two-year-old son off at her sister's residence in the 900 block of Gayle Street for the night. She said that she planned to drive her car to Murfreesboro, Tennessee the following morning for a mechanical repair estimate. Later that night, neighbors witnessed Walker arguing with an unidentified man in the driveway outside her home in the 3800 block of Edwards Avenue. She has never been heard from again. One of Laresha's sisters checked her residence when Walker failed to contact her loved ones on the following day, November 20, 1999. Her sister found that the lights were turned on inside Walker's home and the stereo was playing loudly. The clothes Laresha wore on the day of her disappearance were discovered inside of her residence. Her maroon 1995 Oldsmobile Achieva with the Tennessee license plate number 419-ABG has never been recovered. Her case remains unsolved.
