Westbrook was last seen on security camera footage on September 10, 2020, around 7:11 p.m. outside the San Juan Motel in Anacortes, Washington, getting into a white Dodge Ram pickup truck with a man she knew. They were later spotted at a Chevron gas station at 7:30 p.m., the last confirmed sighting. The man claims they went to a nearby campground, and he last saw her around 2:00-3:00 a.m. when he dropped her off at Causland Memorial Park. Westbrook and her dog, a rat terrier named Precious, have been missing since.
