Miss Lilah Winter was last seen in June of 2017. She frequented the areas of Cutler Ridge, Naranja, Leisure City, and Goulds. She has long, wavy, thick black hair and brown eyes. Had a piercing on the lower right side of her lips for years. Area possibly scarred as a result of removal.
