Lora Ann Overton was last known to be in Oakland City, Indiana, and Pike County, Indiana. She became involved with dangerous individuals, including David B. Hughes, a man recently released from prison for double murder. She was last seen with Hughes, and her most recent photo was taken in 2022. Lora was living in Oakland City with Hughes. However, the trail ends in Pike County, where she was staying with someone involved in drugs known as "the reaper." A deputy attempted to serve papers to Lora to testify against someone but could not locate her. The deputy assumed Lora did not want to be found.
