Martin Lee Smirl was last seen on 03/17/19 in the Town of Woodbury and believed to have subsequently travelled to the Town of Goshen on the same date. His van was later found at a horse farm near Goshen New York. Smirl was likely dressed in female clothing and under the influence of narcotics at the time of his disappearance. Smirl was most recently from the Town of Monroe in Orange County NY but ultimately from the State of California.
