Left his place of residence saying he was going to California. He hasn't been seen or heard from since. He could be working as a mechanic or a wrecker driver. He has ties to Tennessee, Memphis & Arkansas. He has two tattoos one on the forearm that says OATMEAL the other tattoo is on his ankle that is all numbers.  He is known to drive an 1989 Toyota pick up with Tennessee tags.
