Michael John Lewis was last seen on the evening of January 26, 2023 when he discharged from Mason General Hospital in Shelton, Washington. He is presumed to be on foot. He hasn't accessed his vehicles since he was dropped off at the hospital. When he was admitted, Michael was wearing a heavier-duty hooded zip-up camo jacket/coat with hood and dark blue jeans. He has a burn scar on the top of his hand stretching from the base of his thumb to the top of his wrist. He has dark brown hair and blue eyes.
