    After checking online sources regarding Michael Overman, all I see is the missing persons report from National Missing and Unidentified Persons System.

    I went ahead and submitted an Unidentified Person for him to the Maine Medical Examiner. UP81150. The age range along with the years adds up but the height of the UP is about a foot off. However, the only thing obtained from that UP is a Skull. I am not sure if that UP is in Codis or not. Conversely I am not sure if Michael Overmanns DNA is in Codis either, theirs not much information on him at all. The height would not be a major factor given that all we have is a Skull.
