ACPD is seeking the public’s assistance locating 16-year-old Oluwatobiloba Obikoya. He is described as a Black male, approximately 5’9”, 140 pounds, and was last seen in the 1300 block of N. Stafford Street wearing a black hoodie, black pants and black and white shoes. Based on the preliminary investigation, it appears he left under voluntary conditions. Attempts to make contact with him have been unsuccessful and police and family remain concerned for his wellbeing.
