Paul left the house about 2:30 pm for a walk. was later seen on security camera at convenience store withdrawing cash from atm and buying drugs. No further contact after that. no more bank account activity. possibly seen nov 13 in an unfamiliar car. His phone died 3 days later but no apple pay was used while the battery was still live. He has multiple tattoos to include; Fingers: faded emogies, Left forearm: "Stop me, I'm a runaway", Neck: "Might as well". He was wearing tan long pants and red/brown plaid flannel shirt. Possibly seen on Nov 13, 2023 wearing faded blue jeans and a blue jersey with "Carolina 89" on front.
