Family last had contact with Paul on 07/07/2024 at 7:25 PM. On 07/08/2024, family attempted to make contact with Paul but there was no answer. His residence was checked on 07/08/2024 but he was not located. May have gone to the area near Asheville, NC. Paul has a partial middle finger on one hand and used prosthetic legs and a wheelchair. He also carried a camouflage bag with him wherever he went.
