Paul was last seen in his residence by his wife at about 1:30 am on October 29, 2019 when she left their home. When the wife returned home at 3:30 am, Paul was not home. His personal items such as wedding band, financials, and all forms of identification were left behind. Paul is missing part of his right pinky finger.
