Case Information
Rashell was last seen walking from her home in Mosca, CO on August 15, 2019. She left without her ID, cell phone, and medication. She has a septum piercing with a silver circular barbell. Tattoos include a star on the left arm, a skull on the right hand, and a cat with a bong on one of her shoulders. Last seen wearing black Nike shoes, khaki shorts, black tank top. She has brown eyes and black hair, shoulder length at the time.
