He was last seen by Campbell County Jail where he was arrested on April 8th at 643 a.m. by an officer in Caryville, TN. He was released on April 9th at 8:22 a.m.  Never seen or heard of since. He has severe brain damage due to covid 3 years ago. He was last seen wearing, an orange shirt, blue jeans and black under armor t-shirt. He is not able to  provide for himself his mental status is not capable of doing so. He believes he still lives in Madison, Ohio and has not lived there for 15 years. He has a son named Dustin Roby that he does ask people about randomly.
