Robert Hulon Reed has gone missing after leaving Vicksburg, MS to go to Jackson, LA at the beginning of April. He last called on April 21 saying he was in Hammond, Louisiana with a woman he met online. After that call a man had his phone and said it was his and hung up; since then, the phone is no longer in service. He has issues that qualify him as a vulnerable adult and could have gotten himself into a dangerous situation. There is concern for his safety. Family member has gotten the runaround while trying to file a missing persons case with the police departments. Let's help this family!
